Zoho

CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk and Campaigns.

Suvi integrates the five Zoho apps most owner-run businesses use.

What it reads

Broad read access across all five: query and search CRM records, list modules, read invoices and bills from Books, stock from Inventory, tickets from Desk, and campaign data.

What it writes

CRM record creation and updates are supported and gated behind a feature flag, owner-only by default. Writes into an active CRM are the highest-risk integration Suvi has, so they are off unless you turn them on.

Enrichment

The part worth understanding: as Suvi reads Zoho records, it quietly folds them into its own knowledge graph as people, companies and products. Your CRM stops being a place Suvi has to go look and becomes part of what it knows.

That enrichment raises signals without being asked:

  • deals that have gone quiet
  • receivables aging past your normal pattern
  • open tickets clustering on one account

Those appear in your brief.

Setup

Zoho uses regional data centres, so the connection asks which one you are on. Get this wrong and authorisation succeeds but reads return nothing; Suvi detects the mismatch and tells you.

Each app carries its own organisation id, which the connector collects during setup.
