Briefs and notifications
The twice-daily digest, and when Suvi interrupts instead.
Suvi's default is quiet. It gathers, and it comes to you twice a day rather than pinging on every event.
The brief
Two per day. The morning brief covers everything since yesterday afternoon; the afternoon brief covers the day so far. Each is a short list of what needs you, with one-tap actions.
A brief with nothing in it is suppressed rather than sent.
Reply with a number to act on an item. Suvi shows you the draft, you confirm, it sends.
Real-time interruption
Between briefs, Suvi interrupts only for things that genuinely cannot wait:
- a message from someone you have marked important
- a same-day deadline
- a reply to time-sensitive outreach you sent
Everything else waits for the next brief. If you are being interrupted too often, tell Suvi so directly and it will narrow what counts as urgent.
Approvals
Anything leaving in your name is approved by you first. On WhatsApp you can approve with a reaction rather than a reply, which is faster for a run of drafts.
Suvi will never send a first message to a new recipient on its own, regardless of how wide you set approvals elsewhere.
