What Suvi does
List, create, update and delete events, respond to invitations, and find free time across attendees. That covers the ordinary scheduling work without opening a calendar.
Ask in chat: "move my 3pm to Thursday and tell Priya" works as one instruction.
Meeting prep
Fifteen minutes before a call, Suvi sends a prep note: who is attending, what you last discussed, what is outstanding between you, and anything you committed to.
This is drawn from the knowledge graph rather than the calendar entry, which is why it knows about a promise made over WhatsApp three weeks ago.
After the meeting
Where a transcript is available, Suvi turns it into a summary, decisions, and tasks attributed to the right people. See tasks.
Push and fallback
Calendar changes arrive by push. There is a polling fallback, so a lapsed registration degrades to slower rather than broken.
Timezones
Events use your instance timezone. Workflows scheduled against the calendar run in that timezone too, including across daylight saving changes.
