WhatsApp commands
What you can type at Suvi directly.
Most of Suvi is driven by ordinary sentences. You do not need commands. These exist for the things where being explicit is faster than being conversational.
Talking normally
This works and is the intended path:
what did I promise Acme last month?
Two things. On 14 July you committed to a revised quote by end of month, still open. On 22 July you agreed to hold 40 units until their PO cleared; that PO cleared on 1 August and the hold released.
Useful explicit phrasings
| You type | What happens |
|---|---|
brief | Sends the current brief immediately rather than waiting |
undo | Reverses the last change Suvi made, with what it was before |
silent / active / mention / mining | Sets the mode for the current group |
who is <name> | What Suvi knows about a person, from the graph |
stop | Cancels the operation currently running |
Approvals
When Suvi asks for approval you can reply with the number, reply yes, or react
to the message. Reactions are fastest for a run of drafts.
Media
Send a voice note and Suvi transcribes it. Send a photo of an invoice or a delivery note and it reads it. Send a PDF or a spreadsheet and it extracts it.
Ask for output the same way: "send that as a PDF" works.
Owner-only
Some operations are restricted to the owner regardless of chat phrasing: connecting accounts, changing instance settings, and anything under deletion. Suvi will say so rather than silently ignoring you.
