An intake pipeline extracts work items from chat, Gmail, meeting transcripts and calendar invites, deduplicates them with embeddings plus a model tie-break, links them to real projects, and auto-drafts the ones it can do. Deadline pings became one daily digest.
Impact
The list maintains itself. Group projects get a daily digest, and Suvi detects progress mentioned in conversation without being told.
