Direct messages now run on the Cloud API with media, typing indicators, honest send results, exponential backoff on throttling, and service-window tracking. A single multi-tenant ingress routes every customer traffic, with an operator console, per-sender delivery timing, idempotency keyed on the provider message id, and one-step enrollment. Suvi can also ask questions with tappable buttons.
