The database became the source of truth and the memory files became compiled views. Save-time cross-type deduplication, an active directives block injected once per turn, type consolidation from eleven kinds to nine, and observability throughout.
Impact
A soak test and an adversarial battery then found real failures and fixed them: deduplication that was blind to numbers and ate corrections, directives lost to prompt truncation, and a trust-boundary hole. An evaluation framework covering the top twenty use cases landed with it.
