The dependency tree of the codebase that became Suvi was resolved between 26 and 28 February 2026. It landed on 1 March as one squashed commit of 6,337 lines: a WhatsApp bridge, Telegram, web chat, S3 media, a session pool, and Docker and Railway deployment.

Impact

Everything after this point is the public history of that codebase. The compressed build window is why the first commit looks like a finished product rather than a first step.
