A metrics endpoint on every instance, per-client dashboard suites generated automatically with a standards linter, blackbox probing, and five instances onboarded. It shipped with a memory-hardening pass: container limits sized for real hosts, honest session-pool accounting, browser and transcription lifecycle management, bounded maps and a dead-man switch.
